I offer a variety of services both in-person and remote. Services can be customized to best suit your needs.

I have one on one training for those who would benefit the most from very individualized training and attention.

I offer small group training for those who want to work out with a friend or a partner. This is a great option to make training more affordable for each but to still benefit from individualized attention you wouldn’t receive in larger group training environments.

I also offer nutrition coaching services for those who want to optimize their approach for performance, health improvements, or body-composition-related goals.

And, for those who can’t regularly make it in person, I offer a remote coaching service. For these, I act as a consultant in designing your program, going over the technique and other important details, and following up regularly to ensure consistency and to progress your workouts when appropriate.
